Overview
Built a full-stack AI language learning SaaS for B2B clients where employees practice conversational skills through intelligent avatar simulations and AI-driven scenarios — replacing traditional, ineffective corporate training.
The Challenge
The client needed a scalable B2B EdTech platform that could serve multiple corporate clients, each with their own users, scenarios, and session quotas — while providing AI-powered conversational practice that felt genuinely interactive, not scripted.
Our Solution
We designed a multi-tenant architecture with full client isolation. The platform features AI avatar simulations powered by OpenAI, text-to-speech for realistic conversations, a scenario builder for admins, and three role-based dashboards (admin, client, user). Moodle was integrated for LMS capabilities alongside the custom Next.js frontend. Full UI/UX was designed in Figma with prototypes before a single line of code was written.
Outcome
Launched as a live SaaS at talks-acc.skill-full.com. Multi-tenant architecture supports onboarding of new B2B clients without infrastructure changes. AI simulation sessions reduced employee training time by an estimated 35%.
