Overview
Built a full-scale telehealth platform with three role-based portals (admin, therapist, patient). Features include custom appointment scheduling, in-app video conferencing, secure messaging, patient progress tracking, and HIPAA-aware architecture.
The Challenge
The client needed a platform that could handle sensitive patient data, real-time video consultations, and complex scheduling logic across multiple timezones — all while maintaining strict data security and providing a seamless user experience for both therapists and patients.
Our Solution
We designed a multi-portal architecture with distinct UX flows for each role. Appointment scheduling was built with timezone-aware logic and conflict detection. Video consultation was integrated via WebRTC-based APIs with end-to-end encryption. Secure messaging used encrypted storage with audit trails.
Outcome
Delivered a production-ready platform onboarding 50+ therapists within the first month. Appointment scheduling efficiency improved by 40% compared to manual processes.
